In person
You can drop in to one of our two offices across Swindon during our opening times below. Our trained volunteers will carry out a brief assessment to try to find the best way to help solve your problem. They might provide you with information so you can take action yourself, or help you to get in touch with an organisation that can assist you; or, if it is something we can deal with and your problem is complex, they may book you an appointment with one of our advisers.
When you visit one of our offices, it’s important that the adviser you speak to has as much information about your case as possible. If you don’t bring the necessary paperwork with you, you may have to come back another time. This means it could take you longer to get the help you need. Click here for examples of what to bring with you.
All clients entering the building will be asked to wear a face mask.
Please do not attend the office if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19 or has any of the following in the last 24 hrs – high temperature, new or continuous cough, loss of taste or smell
